DS Nonwovens began producing needlepunched nonwovens in 1974 and was the first such company in Europe to make use of recycled materials on a large scale. In 2007, we introduced organic-based nonwovens made from renewable materials including internally-produced PLA fibres.
Our core business is the production of nonwoven needlefelts for landscaping, the geotextiles and agrotextiles industries, and for home textile and industrial textile applications.
With our wide range of finishing lines we are capable of thermal treatment, laminating or impregnating specific types of non-wovens. Thanks to our state-of-the-art production facilities we can create flat-needled nonwovens, structured 3D nonwovens, double-layered nonwovens, combined nonwoven and woven products, protective and heavy duty layers, thermomoldable acoustic and calendered nonwovens.
DS Nonwovens is ISO 9001 certified and delivers all across Europe, while also exporting our nonwoven range of products to different countries worldwide.
